That is the psychological warfare that is being bandied around, and probably inappropriately too.

Indeed, if Cameroon can show the CAF inspection team, as audited by PWC that it has the capacity to host 24 African countries in 2019, there would be no reason to deprive them of hosting rights whether Madasgascar was similarly stripped and even more brazenly unfairly at the twilight of the Hayatou era or otherwise.
