The presence of the old guard gives Nigeria a chance for stability, however it begs the question of the relevance of some of these players In today's modern game. Ahmed musa, relegated to club games for little old Leicester , onazi seemingly clubless, omeruo with little or no club games. Also this situation casts a spotlight on the coach's reluctance to blood the home based players considering our struggles in the left back position and our glaring lack of genuine goal threats in our attack. Okpotu seemingly scoring for fun couldn't even make the reserves, Eze the mountain of FCIU is only good enough for the reserves, no left back called up from the league despite an abundance of fit left backs. I pray we win, and if we do, it will not be because rohr called up our best legs, it will just be that we did, plai n and simple. In the words of a friend of mine, Nigeria is the only country in the world that never calls up its best legs, we hoped Rohr will change it, but he has been sucked into the tidal wave
